Infernal Exaltation

Focused panting breathe anew

Delicate destruction spilling through 

Unfolding entity previously intangible 

Loudly whispers a muffled miracle 

Unbidden bitter barter with eternity 

Divinely designated, veritably willed

Plucked from a nebula nursery

Sprouting brightly in a terrestrial field

Newly mortal, freshly scarred

Born to solve the riddle 

Of skin shedding, shell cracking

Secrets drifting in the middle 

Unfurling fragile feathers 

Brave bitty bantam peeps

Proudly struts on fragile feet

Upward to the mountain peak

In darkness lurks a smothering shadow

Creeping towards the newborn light

Tethered to fear, starving and hollow

It seeks to spread its deadly blight

Frigid zephyr, discouraging pressure 

An envious mouth blows a stifling gale

The inner spark, the sacred flame

This poison wind would seek to quell

But the breeze ignites and fans the fire

Phoenix rising, unquenchable conflagration

From whirling inferno to blazing pyre

Cascading spirals dance happily to heaven

Burning brightly, shining light 

Rainbow dove is far of flight 

Exhausted falls into ash enshrine

Lovely quiet white demise 

Peaceful sleeping, dreaming deep

Divinity called once more to ascend

Rising up from the ashy heap

Reborn again to courageously contend

Rapturously for the cosmic cradle seeking 

Feathered chaos rides a bridled asteroid

Meteoric madness is homeward streaking

Screaming softly through the astral void

Ever elevating towards celestial spheres

Illuminating fractures, wounded suns

Warm and encouraging, healing fears

Empyreal fractals, ascending as one

Nestled safely amongst stellar siblings 

Roosting roasting radiant light

Expanding awareness, benevolent rippling

Glowing enigma, stable and bright
